excellent amenities and convenient location
delicious options comfortable bed soft towels
I was very grateful for the breakfast, it featured many delicious options each morning. the beds were comfortable. I got a restful night's sleep. the cleanliness of the entire hotel was most excellent. the soft towels are something i liked very much, they were the best i've seen.
The soundproofing in the room wasn't good. Noise did carry through.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym open to guests. It included three treadmills and several weight machines. a business center allowed guests to take care of their professional needs. I found it useful for printing documents. the lobby area was spacious and inviting, ideal for short meetings.

the compact double room included a modern television with multiple channels and a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. there were two bedside tables, each including individual reading lights, a comfortable feature! a climate control system allowed setting the ideal temperature.

Earl's court tube station was just a short walk away. I could easily get to many places. several restaurants and shops were nearby. It made dining and shopping very easy. kensington gardens was within walking distance, great for an afternoon walk.

The reception staff was available 24/7 and always willing to assist. I really appreciated that. the concierge service provided helpful information and recommendations for local attractions. the daily housekeeping ensured the room was consistently clean and tidy. I liked it very much.

The location was convenient. It was close to the tube station. The lobby was nice. Breakfast seemed decent.
The elevator was old. It seemed unreliable. My room was extra tiny. The soundproofing was nonexistent. I could hear the TV from the next room.

the staff were friendly. the breakfast offered good quality food. the location was convenient for transportation. the rooms were clean and well kept.
there were no bedside lamps, only a central light. the room lacked a mirror outside the bathroom. a bright green light on the ceiling stayed on all night. these lighting issues made it difficult to sleep well.

The location is amazing. It offers quick access to nearby shops. The room provided a very comfortable bed with quality linens. I found the staff consistently polite and available (particularly when I needed assistance with directions). Breakfast included a wide range of choices.
